Seminar Information


Airport Shuttle Service:

For those flying into Kansas City and not renting a car, the airport offers a shuttle service, KCI Shuttle (816-243-5000), to the hotel.  You will also find an airport shuttle courtesy phone near the baggage claim.  The cost per one-way is approximately $50 for up to 3 coaches.

Hotel:
The Intrigue Park Place
Hotel Kansas City is conveniently located seconds away (across the parking lot) from the Convention Center, the Intrigue Park Place Hotel will be the host hotel for our seminar.

We have arranged a discounted room rate of $79.00 for our attendees.  Call 816-483-9900 and mention the Soccer Coaching Seminar or WORLD CLASS COACHING International Coaching Seminar to receive the special rate of $79.00 per night for a double room.

Hotel/Seminar Shuttle:
NO SHUTTLE REQUIRED - Because the hotel is right across the parking lot and only seconds walk from the seminar, there is no need for a shuttle bus this year.

Seminar Registration & Exhibition Booths:
Registration to receive attendance badges & coaches packets will take place at the seminar site location and will begin on Friday, Feb 22nd at 4:00 p.m. and continue through the weekend for late arrivals.

Vendor exhibition booths will be open at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and run until 6:00 p.m. Saturday.

Parking:
There are 1,200 parking spaces conveniently located right outside Convention Center.


Food and Beverages:
Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site throughout the weekend including breakfast.
