They are complete training sessions (warm-up, technical, tactical and physical work) which will help coaches run better organized sessions and also will help them structure their sessions over the course over an entire season.
Included are sessions on: Creating Space, Switching the Play, Quick Finishing, Developing Competitive Play, Decision Making, Improving Collective Defending, Strikers Runs, Player Movement and more.
More than 100 easy-to-read diagrams illustrate the practices along with detailed explanations of the important coaching points. This combination will enable you to use these practices with your team in a clear and effective way.
This program was conducted by Darren Vine. Vine has an extensive background as both a player and a coach. He first joined Sheffield United as a coach in July 1996 after being a player at the club for the previous three years. Vine holds a UEFA ‘B’ License as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and is a qualified teacher.
