Cancellations prior to January 22, 2011 will incur a $50.00 administration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded. There will be no refunds or credits for ANY cancellations after January 22, 2011. Please note that the schedule and clinicians are subject to change. If matters beyond our control require replacement clinicians, every effort will be made to provide clinicians of the same quality and experience.
