Submit a Support ticket or Contact Us
Before you submit a support ticket, please make sure you have checked the FAQs first, as there is a good chance that the answer to your question can be found there. If you can’t find the answer to your question, then submit a support ticket below. Please describe your problem in as much detail as possible and go through the steps you are taking to arrive at the problem. Include any error message you see and (IMPORTANT) please include if you using MAC or Windows and the release version…also include the browser you are using and the release version. This will help us respond quickly with a solution rather than respond with asking you questions about your browser, etc.
We try to respond within one working day but definitely no longer than two working days. If you have not received a reply after two days, please re submit your support ticket as something went wrong and we didn’t receive it, or it was somehow missed.
