LEVEL 1: PRACTICE - Pass the Buck

This is a Level 1 session Colours practice that is contributed by pre2dal.

Organisation: 

  • Grid 30 x 30 yards.
  • Uneven teams are catered for.

Practice: 

  1. One team plays at a time.
  2. The teams play the balls into the opposition area for a set period of time.
  3. The balls must be played along the ground.
  4. The balls must remain in the opponents half of the grid.

 Progression: 

Both teams play at the same time. The team with the most balls in the opponents half wins.
