This is a Level 2
session on defending in our own half that was submitted by Murph.
Warm-Up
Group warm
up to raise heart rate from resting by jogging, angled runs, high knees,
heel flicks, Stretching calf hamstrings quads and groin.


Organisation
60 x 40 pitch with Goals, Offside & Centre marked
with double cones
12 players

Cool Down
Light rhythmical activity which helps to maintain
blood flow and assist the removal of waste product (lactic acid) limb
shaking and drinks.

• Prepare organisation of session/s
better (area, players)
• Patience when imparting instruction, take my time and deliver clearly
• Take on board feedback
