LEVEL 2: Small Sided Game - Defending in Our Own Half

This is a Level 2 session on defending in our own half that was submitted by Murph. 

Warm-Up

Group warm up to raise heart rate from resting by jogging, angled runs, high knees, heel flicks,  Stretching calf hamstrings quads and groin.

Organisation 

60 x 40 pitch with Goals, Offside & Centre marked with double cones

12 players

Formation 2-1-2

 Light rhythmical activity which helps to maintain blood flow and assist the removal of waste product (lactic acid) limb shaking and drinks.

 Aims of the Next Session Would be

•           Prepare organisation of session/s better (area, players)

•           Patience when imparting instruction, take my time and deliver clearly

•           Take on board feedback
