We have recently encountered a steady stream of spam attacks on the WORLD CLASS COACHING forum. These have ranged from annoying advertisements to some very offensive content.

After researching the options available, we have decided to require new users to enter a valid email address in order to register. This email address will not be visible to other members of the forum and will only be used to verify that the user is legitimate and not an automated spam program.

An email address can be used to create more than one username so those wishing to use more than one alias can continue to do so.

Those with existing accounts will not be affected by this change.

Thanks Tom,
It was getting a bit annoying, especially as youngsters are keen to learn from experienced coaches on this forum.

When I registered, I wanted to read the forum rules before I posted and all it said was: "Post Forum Rules Here".

I would like to know what is NOT allowed... Links? (i.e. directing people to my site to find a goalie war challenge near them)
Information about National Goalie Wars Association?
I don't want to break any rules, here, so if there is a place I can be directed to read "rules", please let me know...
Thanks!
Beth

NGWA,
After the obvious rules that the site administrators try to uphold, there IS another unwritten rule about the forum.

It is expected that before you post links to yours or another site, you first contribute to the forum over a course of time so that you GIVE first before you wish to TAKE.

For myself, I have contributed to this site for several years now and still try not to post links so that members dont feel they are being cooerced in some way.

Remember, youre not judged by what you get but by what you give
