Nothing better than a good ole' fashion beat-down of Oral Roberts for the Hawks to get some confidence back.

Jayhawks beat Texas tonight. Berry had 3 more assists jjflash. Wichita was well represented, with Kastor scoring the winning goal in double overtime.

Anyone know why Texas A&M's Shea Groom didn't play? Injury?

We have gone to several of home KU women's games this year. It is fun to watch #13 and #21, both Columbians, tear up the field. The #13 player is amazing with her foot skills.

The Ku vs. Aggies was hard to watch, the KU squad was not in synch at all.

Whitney Berry is the Big 12 offensive player of the week. She leads the nation in assists.

By the way I hope the Tigers enjoy all those long drives to Florida and South Carolina, Georgia, etc. Leaving the Big 12 is going to totally screw everyone but Football and Basketball.

Yes...congrat's to Whit on receiving Big 12 Player of the Week honors and also leading the Nation in D1 assists. #7 is getting it done! Funny how she was such a dominant scorer in High School while at Goddard and playing Club ball for the Lady Tigers and ODP, and now has become such a great assist player. She's fun to watch with her great foot skills and such power in a leg for being a petite little thing.

Looking at the roster for KU, overall they have a young team with 9 Fr., 6 Soph., 5 Jr. and only 3 Sr. Add some defensive specialist to this team next season and they should do pretty well.
OFD...has the Fr. Haley Yearout from Blue Valley played much this season? She was a very good player in HS.
